Ryan Reynolds appears in-costume as DEADPOOL on the variant cover of Entertainment Weekly’s Comic Con issue. Reynolds is expected to cause a scene at the convention during an extraordinary presentation in Hall H. There will be new footage and a host of other goodies.
There will also be a special EW cover exclusive to Comic Con attendees, featuring our merc along with other popular genre characters.

Deadpool’s co-creator Rob Liefeld tells ComicBook.com that he will hide 24 original sketches all across the convention floor and outside in the Gaslamp district. “I want to give something back to the tremendous fan following Deadpool has had since I introduced him in the pages of New Mutants #98!” he said. Follow his Twitter and Instagram to get more clues.
An awesome pair of promotional artworks also recently popped up online, which may or may not appear at the con in forms of posters and other exclusive memorabilia.
