X-MEN: APOCALYPSE viral marketing ramps up with focus of Apocalypse in history.

20th Century Fox is ramping up promotion for next month’s X-MEN: APOCALYPSE using clever viral marketing. A new 80’s-style video documentary (low quality video graphics and all) briefly details the secrets of En Sabah Nur, the world’s first mutant which appeared thousands of years ago.

Apocalypse has been credited with the decline of the Mycenaeans, the sinking of Atlantis and many other devastating historical events.

Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshiped as a god. Apocalypse (Isaac), the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible.
