As fans eagerly await the first trailer for DARK PHOENIX, the film’s star, Sophie Turner, is set to appear on The Late Late Show with James Corden this Wednesday, September 26 at 12:37am (11:37pm c) on CBS.
While there’s no official word if she’ll bring footage to the show, we know that Corden has been in good standings with 20th Century Fox, as he’s been doing promotional skits for their recent ‘”The Predator” release.
Current speculation is that the trailer may make its online debut either Wednesday or Thursday, with it playing on the big screen with VENOM (October 5). The official domestic X-Men social media accounts have been very quiet, so its anyone’s guess at this point.
Adding fuel to the fire, the official Chinese “X-Men Movies” Weibo made an announcement that roughly translates to: “3 days later, the family will be united.” That lines up perfectly with Turner’s appearance on television.
Dark Phoenix arrives in theaters June 7, 2019.
