DARK PHOENIX concept artist Court Chu shared a piece of artwork he created during pre-production on the Simon Kinberg-directed film. “…Beast ripping a bad guy’s face off to reveal the alien underneath,” he wrote. “I believe the alien model was another fellow artist, but I apologize I can’t remember who.”

Dark Phoenix is now in theaters.
