After its eighth weekend at the box office, director Josh Boone’s THE NEW MUTANTS dropped from the #4 spot to #7 with $468k from 1,293 domestic theaters (a –33.7% drop). It’s preceded by films Honest Thief ($4.1 million), The War with Grandpa ($2.5 million), Tenet ($1.6 million), The Nightmare Before Christmas re-release ($1.3 million), Hocus Pocus re-release ($756k) and 2 Hearts ($523k).
The 20th Century Studios release has brought in more than $22.7 million domestic and $21 million internationally, making it’s current worldwide total $43.7 million.
There’s just a few weeks to go until the young adult X-Men universe thriller arrives on Digital HD, Blu-Ray and 4k Ultra HD on November 17!
