No, Marvel Studios Has Not Officially Signed The X-MEN Reboot Cast (Yet)
In its 6th weekend at the box office, X-MEN: FIRST CLASS brought in an estimated $1.4 million from 847 domestic theaters! Budgeted at $160 million ($140 million after tax cuts), the film has a $142 million domestic total, meaning it has finally made back its discounted budget in the USA. International theater numbers are at $196 million, making the worldwide total $338 million.

Are there any foreign markets the film is yet to debut in? Those numbers are good and I’m hoping it continues to inch up. It’s only $36 million or so away from X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

All things considering, it’s doing pretty well, imo.
It’s okay. Not outstanding, but not bad either (see GREEN LANTERN for bad).
Fox will see some profit, and it should end its run North of 350 million worldwide.
Btw. it is already the second most successful X-film internationally, right behind X-MEN THE LAST STAND. If only Americans went to see this film… 😉
