Wired caught up with X-MEN: FIRST CLASS actor Lucas Till (Havok) last month at Comic Con, and has posted a video featuring their interview with the rising new talent.
While speaking about his experience on set, Till said “I was so nervous doing my scene with James McAvoy. I did it once and Matthew said, ‘Take it down about 95 percent.’ So I had to act angry without yelling, and it came across really stupid. I stormed out of the room and looked more like a bratty little kid than a superhero.”
Till also opens up about deleted scenes and the appeal of X-Men in general. “A lot of times, superheroes … are cast out because they’re different,” says Till. “Everyone can relate to that. At some point in your life, you’ve had ill will harbored against you. I think that’s why everyone really responds to X-Men.”
Very interesting Interview of Lucas Till i like it so much i hope this Guy Lucas signed for another film of X-men, i mean for the next X-men first class 2 i hope he can do it
I realy liked him in First Class. I wish his role was bigger and a connection was made with Cyclops.
He was ok. Wish his power was blue though.
If he wants to be taken seriously as an actor.
Rule one; Don;t go to Comics Con. Actors who want to play wide ranging roles do not hang out with costumed freeks.
