Deadline reports that Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios will return to Hall H at Comic Con International in San Diego this year. The popular convention hosted in San Diego runs from July 25-28. With Deadpool & Wolverine opening on July 26, there will likely be some kind of event to celebrate; hopefully with stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in attendance.
Might we hear anything re: live-action X-Men? Michael Lesslie is currently working on the screenplay, with the plan to present it to various directors. While it’s seemingly too early for an announcement on that front, a release date revealed via Marvel’s Phase Six or Phase Seven slate could surely get the room buzzing.
Marvel Studios has a slate of upcoming projects to promote, including Captain America: Brave New World and Thunderbolts*, with The Fantastic Four, Blade, Avengers 5 and Avengers: Secret Wars awaiting to film. There’s also Disney+ series Agatha All Along, Ironheart, Wonder Man, and animated shows for Spider-Man and Marvel Zombies, including X-Men ’97 season two.
