Michael Fassbender “really excited” for First Class 2.

X-MEN: FIRST CLASS star Michael Fassbender tells Red Carpet News TV that he’s “really excited” about the returning to the role of Magneto in the sequel to Matthew Vaughn’s 2011 hit film:

“We’re trying to sort of pick up where we left off [in the first film]…you’ll have to stay tuned.” said Fassbender. “I have sort of been chatting about it…just started seeing James [McAvoy] for the first time in a long time and we have our own ideas and [I’ve] been talking to [writer] Simon Kinberg a couple times when I get the chance to get out to Los Angeles. [There are] some really cool ideas and I think we have a bit more prep time time time around. I’m really excited and we’ll see what happens.”
