Clevver Movies spoke with recently announced X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST actor Booboo Stewart, who opened up (as much as he could) about the film, and how he looks forward to working with director Bryan Singer.

“It’s just a dream come true, really. I can’t even explain the feeling that I have for this, it’s incredble. I don’t know anything [I can share] about my character, I can’t say anything, but I wish I could shoult it! I look forward to working with Bryan Singer. I got to hang out with him for a few days, a seriously cool guy. It’ll be interesting to see how it all comes together.”

I’m getting Thunderbird vibes from him.

James McAvoy spoke with Empire Online about recent costume fittings he had for the film. The actor reveals that we’ll definitely be seeing Charles Xavier in some 70’s-style flare pants in the film and joked about chasing co-star Michael Fassbender around in a golf buggy while filming “First Class.” He also talks about how he “spoke too soon” regarding Alan Cumming’s involvement in the film.

Comic Book Resources chatted with “Days of Future Past” comic book writer Chris Claremont, who commented on the unconfirmed rumors of Apocaplypse appearing in the film, a character who did not appear in the original story arc, and how the idea of adapting his stories originally came to be.

“There was a report online that Bryan Singer was talking about integrating Apocalypse into the “Days of Future Past” storyline, which would obviously be a significant evolution from the original material,” said Claremont. “Again, this is the nature of Hollywood, or as it seems to approach Marvel product. There is a tremendous amount of synergy between existing concepts and the finished film product.

“I was instrumental in getting Fox to produce the concept in the first place,” he continues. “I mean, the whole thing was ready to go into turnaround back in 1998-99. I had the serendipity or the karma to write a memo that convinced both Lauren and Fox and Bryan that this was a viable project, and this is how to approach it. I guess you could say my contributions came in a basic level, back in the beginning. You know, I have the pride of looking in the mirror and saying, “None of this would be there if not for me” on a whole different bunch of levels. If Fox wants to utilize my ability, they know where I am. All they have to do is call — that’s their decision.”
