20th Century Fox has released two new promotional posters for DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. The artwork combines the faces of mutants younger and older, with James McAvoy and Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier and Michael Fassbender and Ian McKellen as Magneto.
The film hits theaters May 23, 2014…so far away!

These are awesome, especially the Xavier one as Patrick and James look so much alike. Love it.
Sir Ian and Michael look a lot more alike than James and Sir Patrick do, the problem with Xavier being that his head will need to grow, which I guess is theoretically possible as he is a mutant with a brain power and his skull could grow to accommodate a growing brain.

McAvoy Charles is supposed to be “in a bad place” in this film, so I wonder if there was ever a real X-Men team in the past timeline? At the end of “First Class” it was just Beast, Havok and Banshee, and we know he’s not coming back. Maybe Logan shows up and helps Xavier recruit a real team… with his deceased teammates Jean and Cyclops? Ages might not match up exact to the originals, but, eh…
Hoping there’s secret X-Men we don’t know about. Would be cool if 70’s Thunderbird appears, then dies (like the comic), since his brother Warpath’s in it.
the after credits of the wolverine really gave me an idea like we all know Rogue’s power will return and she will battle the Sentinels and about the involvement of Stryker in the film. Wolverine’s bone claw might be repair on this film with the help of Stryker I think..
My idea is Logan will seek the young Stryker in the past to bring back his adamantium claw again.
