In its third weekend in theaters, X-MEN: FIRST CLASS brought in $11.5 million at the domestic box office, giving it a #4 placement on the charts. Warner Bros’ GREEN LANTERN debuted with $52.7 million, coming behind First Class’ $55.1 million debut total. While the film isn’t performing as well as previous X-Men outings, it continues to receive positive word-of-mouth and continues to hold its own against other superhero films, which ALL have the added benefit of inflated 3D ticket costs.
So far the film has brought in $119.9 million domestically and $162 million internationally, giving the film a $282 worldwide haul. The film has already made back double its budget, listed at $140 million (after tax breaks).
Stay tuned later this week for box office updates, and keep your eyes locked on the box office tracker on the left sidebar for the latest numbers.

No comments cause is up and down up and down so what its the meaning of this budgeted its good or bad the greates the worst or what??
What are you talking about?!
I don,t understand who went down and who went up for the tax the $$ for the budget of X-men First class
Are you asking about the budget? The budget for X-Men: First Class was $160 million. They received up to $20 million back from tax cuts/ breaks for filming overseas, etc, making the final budget around $140 million. They saved $20 million, which is a good thing.

I agree with Ken in the Link of the Wolverine in: we want to See the X-men movies Every year or two years
It should end its domestic run North of 150 million USD.
It will be much more impressive overseas: Should pass X1 this weekend and head next for X2 and Wolverine.
119 million at the domestic. Not very impressive, I’m afraid. People seem to prefere not-cerebral films these days like HANGOVER or PIRATES. Thanks God FC ist doing well internationally and should end it’s run close to X2’s and WOLVERINE’s international BO… whereas in North America it will barely mach the first X-MEN film with 150 million.
Well… thanks God for the international BO:
X-MEN FIRST CLASS left X-MEN (1) behind this weekend: It’s international BO is currently at an estimated $162,100,000. In addition to the estimated $119,925,000 we have a worldwide BO of $282,025,000.
FIRST CLASS should cross the 300 million mark by the end of next week and could even fly higher than X2 and X-MEN ORIGINS WOLVERINE did with their 192 and 193 million respectively.
Now let’s wait for FOX greenlighting the sequel. Should happen any day now.

More Marvel fans seem to have liked Green Lantern then DC fans did. Perhaps because Ryan played Deadpool in XMO; Wolverine.
Yeah, I’m just gonna support the Green Lantern movie because of Deadpool.
Really how, so? GL is getting horrible reviews and a 50 million start for a movie which cost 200 million is worth of the bame box office bomb.
GL will have a 60%+ second weekend drop.
name not bame… sorry for that typo.
Green Lantern grossed $80 Million you brainless twit,
