In its 4th weekend at the box office, X-MEN: FIRST CLASS dropped to the #6 spot, bringing in $6.6 million in 2,633 domestic theaters. That’s a 44.7% drop from its previous weekend. The film has a domestic intake of $133 million as of Tuesday. Budgeted at $160 million ($140 million after tax breaks) the film has surpased the $300 million mark worldwide, with international numbers coming in at $186 million, giving a worldwide total of $320 million.

hopefully the final worldwide boxoffice is around $350M.
I think it’s doing well. A sequel will only get more money, like the original trilogy.

Yeah, it is doing very fine, especially abroad, it could even become the second highest grossing X-film after THE LAST STAND.
And although the domestic BO is slightly disappointing, it should make the 150 million and break even with it’s production costs.
Now count in the Bluray and DVD sales later this year, and everything is fine.
