James McAvoy tells I Am Rogue that he has finally read the script for X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST and that it’s “something different, new, and unexpected.”
The actor is looking forward to rejoining his “First Class” cast members, along with those from the original trilogy, saying “I can’t wait to work with Michael (Fassbender) again, Jennifer (Lawrence) and Nick (Hoult). It’s going to be great, we got along so well the first time around. That’ll be fun. Then also, getting to team up with Sir Patrick (Stewart). I don’t know if I get to work with Sir Ian (McKellen), but it should be a real exciting time I think.”
In other news, La Presse confirms that Oscar-winning visual effects companies The Moving Picture Company (Life of Pi) and French-based BUF (Life of Pi, Total Recall) have signed on to create shots for the film. MPC intends to deploy about 50 workers to Montreal for the film and other future projects.
