X-MEN: FIRST CLASS is currently doing reshoots and pickups in Los Angeles, and “MuscleNerd” via Twitter has a couple of shots from the set.

Actually the office building (in Ventura County) they were using doubles for the CIA. The debris is from the aftermath of destruction of the building by someone or something according to employees who spoke to the crew. They will CGI the explosion sequence of the building later.
And of course this may or may not make it in the movie at all.
