Months ago, director Bryan Singer made a bet with both his assistant and writer/producer Simon Kinberg that they would all get X-Men tattoos if X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST passed the $700 million mark at the box office. With the film earning more than $746 million worldwide, he, along with his assistant, tatted-up. Singer’s instagram gives a peek at the painful, yet surely gratifying experience with Charles Xavier actor, Patrick Stewart as a witness.
Getting my X-Tattoo with @sirpatstew witnessing midnight. Thanks @SSC_Tattoo & @Louie_perez_3_SSC
No word on what art Singer had tatted on his leg, but it might be an ‘X’ like his assistant decided to get – stay tuned!
My assistant kept his end of the bet. Tattoo at 500mil. Sucka! Yet now we are passed 700 it’s Kinberg and my turn 🙁
Kinberg, you’re next!
LOL @ his facial expression!
But why is patrick stewart there? It’s so borring watching someone getting a tattoo xD.. are they planning something for futher X-Men movies? they have to hurry now cus patrick is old 😮
It’s nice that they hang out together outside of filming. Patrick said there may be something X-Men related coming up for him, so can’t wait to see what’s in the plan.
