X-Men: First Class Box Office: Weekend 2

In its second weekend in USA theaters, X-MEN: FIRST CLASS brought in $25 million at the box office, giving the film a #2 placement on the charts just after SUPER 8, which opened with $37 million. The X-Men prequel dropped 55% from its debut weekend. That’s the second-smallest percentage drop yet for an X-Men film, behind X2 (53%).

So far the film has brought in $98 million domestically and $124 million internationally, giving the film a $223 worldwide haul in its first 10 days of release. The film has already made back its budget, listed at $160 million ($140 million after tax breaks).

Stay tuned later this week for box office updates, and keep your eyes locked on the box office tracker on the left sidebar with the latest numbers.

I think the film is doing pretty well! Please continue to support it in coming weeks.
