Famke Janssen Ends Rumors Of Return As Jean Grey In DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE.

Despite rumors of her return in Deadpool & Wolverine, longtime Jean Grey actor Famke Janssen tells ScreenGeek that she’s in-fact not in the film. “I’m not in [Deadpool & Wolverine],” she said. “No. Everybody keeps asking. So, at some point, I was like, ‘Wait, am I in Deadpool, and I just don’t know it yet?’ But, no. I’m not. No, no.”

Rumors (emphasis on rumors) pointed towards Janssen’s reprisal alongside James Marsden as Cyclops and Halle Berry as Storm. Of course, as Phoenix, Jean isn’t always around (or alive). We’ll have to wait and see what the July 26, 2024 film actually has in store for us. It may be setting up something bigger, like Avengers 5 and/or Secret Wars.
