Director Bryan Singer recently announced via Twitter that Peter Dinklage, from HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” has joined the cast of X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. It’s unknown which role he’s up for, though sources at Variety say that it’ll be for the main antagonist in the film.
Physically speaking, Dinklage resembles Alpha Flight member Puck, an altered human who is about half the size of the average man, with superhuman strength and enhanced agility. That character definitely doesn’t make sense as a main villain, so stay tuned for confirmation on who he’s actually playing.
Our guesses are Bolivar Trask, Larry Trask, Steven Lang, Sentinels or Nimrod.
Update: A source at MTV Geek says that it may be for Bolivar Trask, creator of the mutant-hunting robots known as Sentinels. They’re not 100% standing behind that claim though, so stay tuned…

If he’s not playing Eugene Milton Judd (a.k.a. Puck) then he is probably going to be Mortimer Toynbee (a.k.a. Toad).
Still have no idea.. I’m sure he will be a villain, let say part of the brotherhood but I can’t say it’s toad coz I believe they want a new villain who still not appearing in the previous x-men movies..
why would it be toad??? toad already appeared in X1. how is toad even a compelling villain? my guess is that he’s an amalgamation of Fitzroy and his sidekick Bantam. I’m picturing him to be a time travelling mutant from the future who tries to escape authority, and eventually changes the fabric of time.
I’m disappointed that it might not end up being Puck mostly because I love Alpha Flight. I can’t see him being Toad as it would completely contradict Ray Park’s physical appearance in X1. Toad is NOT that short. Like others I think it might end up being Bantam.
