The DEADPOOL cast joins forces with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE and GAMBIT in this exclusive photo edit from Empire Magazine taken at last year’s Comic Con in San Diego. The shot probably seems familiar, as a similar one was taken with a different mix of actors for Entertainment Weekly, including those from FANTASTIC FOUR.

In related news, a new TV spot for “Deadpool” premiered this week during The Bachelor. In it, Ryan Reynolds’ comical mercenary gets romantic. We get several new looks at Morena Baccarin as his love interest, Vanessa Carlylse.

According to the film’s Spanish website (via Comic Book Resources) the final theatrical cut may have a runtime of 1 hour and 46 minutes. Stay tuned as we’ll have to wait for further confirmation on that.

Kia Motors unveiled a special “X-Men: Apocalypse” Sportage CUV which mimics the appearamce and powers of Jennifer Lawrence’s famous shape-shifter, Mystique. The car was created to promote Kia’s sponsorship of the Australian Open 2016 tennis championship.

A special promo video starring brand ambassador Rafael Nadal is available, showing his efforts to take on the arch-villain Apocalypse, transforming the vehicle from its standard state, into a custom-designed bodywork with special textured ‘tone-on-tone’ matte and gloss blue paint finish, racing wheels and tires along with red and yellow bodywork highlights.

Last but certainly not least, “Gambit” producer Simon Kinberg told Empire (via ComicBook.com) that star Channing Tatum hopes to bring a faithful adaption of the character to the big screen.

“Channing is a big fan of the comic,” he said, “so the accent, the attitude, the costume in many way, will be in the film. And he’s a character with a complex backstory – we’re playing him as a thief in the film, and that’s a big part of the story.”
