During its 9th weekend of release in the USA, X-MEN: APOCALYPSE brought in an estimated $184,319 from 194 domestic theaters at the American box office; a 33.5% drop from last weekendโ€™s take of $276,998.

Nearing $155.3 million in the USA, โ€œApocalypseโ€ is currently the 7th highest-grossing X-Men film in the states (8th when taking price inflation into consideration). It wonโ€™t match its production budget of $178 million, locally. To compare, the first โ€œX-Menโ€ in 2000 finished with $157 million, โ€œDays of Future Pastโ€ with $233 million and โ€œDeadpoolโ€ with $363 million.

International audiences have been a big help for this film, bringing in $379 million combined. It opens in Japan on August 11th, giving it a chance to make a little bit more money.

Worldwide, โ€œApocalypseโ€ has amassed $534.3 million, making it the 3rd highest-grossing โ€œX-Menโ€ film ever!

The film is now arriving at dollar discount theaters! If you have one near you, check it out (on the cheap) before it comes to Digital HD on September 9th and Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD and DVD on October 4th.
