Director Bryan Singer formally announced Josh Helman’s return as William Stryker in X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. The actor was spotted earlier this month in Montreal, leading to speculation of his return. Helman filmed alongside fellow Aussie Rose Byrne, who returns as CIA agent Moira MacTaggert.
Fun X-Fact, Helman was originally cast as Juggernaut in DAYS OF FUTURE PAST before his character’s sequence was replaced by Quicksilver. He was then cast as Stryker.
Production on ‘Apocalypse’ continues in Montreal through September for a May 27, 2016 theatrical release.
