WOLVERINE: WEAPON X director James Mangold took to his Twitter on Thursday to dispel (or confuse) fans about the recent reports of Mister Sinister appearing as the “big bad” in Logan’s final outing.
Word on the villain’s involvement came from the X-MEN: APOCALYPSE Digital HD commentary with director Bryan Singer and writer Simon Kinberg. Media sites picked up the info like wildfire, but Mangold is acting as if the news is false. Is it? Or is he just playing with our emotions? See his recent tweets below and decide for yourself.
The film comes to theaters on March 3rd of next year, so we won’t have to wait long to find out the details on this super-secretive finale.
Uh. Who is Mister Sinister? Sounds kinda corny. Please advise.

I hear he's in my movie. Going back to cutting room to look for him.

Not really. But kinda funny how a hundred media "news" outlets think a DVD commentary is a source for news headlines.

Because I don't want them to. We are working on making a good film. Plenty of time for hype soon enough. Breathe.

Like "All the Presidents Men". Many rumors. Enjoy them. Not blinking, not once nor twice. Can neither confirm nor deny. Yet.

Remember how En Sabah Nur is never directly called Apocalypse in a certain movie? Second verse, same as the first?
That’s what I’m thinking too. Nathaniel Essex…not Mister Sinister.
