Fox has released a new video giving an inside look at Matt Nix’s upcoming THE GIFTED series, which takes place in the X-Men universe. Producers Nix, Bryan Singer and Lauren Shuler Donner discuss the show, along with cast members Jamie Chung (Blink), Sean Teale (Ecplipse), Emma Dumonst (Polaris) and Blair Redford (Thunderbird).
The featurette has new glimpses at scenes from Singer’s pilot, whic premieres October 2 at 9pm (8c) on Fox.
In related news, there’s an official fan artwork contest (via Tongal) for artists to submit their work. One grand prize winner will take home $5000 and there will also be weekly $500 prizes. Participants have until September 8th to enter.
