Director Simon Kinberg’s recently wrapped X-MEN: DARK PHOENIX had such a secretive production that we’re just now learning about some of the crew who worked on the film.
Just last week, it was revealed that Emmy award-winning costume designer Daniel Orlandi (Logan, Jurassic World) created outfit for the film. Now, thanks to a photo showing a “Dark Phoenix” production clapper (via Universo X-Men), we know that Oscar award-winning cinematographer Mauro Fiore is the director of photography. Fiore has major credits to his name, including visionary work on “Avatar,” “The Equalizer” and “Real Steel.”
Now we’re awaiting word on who will compose the music score and edit the film.
“Dark Phoenix” flies into theaters on November 2, 2018.
