X-MEN: APOCALYPSE concept artwork shows a deleted scene involving Trask.

Concept artist Henry Fong has posted an intriguing piece of concept artwork from X-MEN: APOCALYPSE (above), showing a deleted sequence involving Mystique pointing a gun towards Peter Dinklage’s Bolivar Trask.

The creator of the Sentinels from DAYS OF FUTURE PAST was originally supposed to return during scenes set on Stryker’s base, but was cut for unknown reasons. It’s possible there was no room in the budget for the quick Dinklage cameo or it just wasn’t seen as important enough for the overall story.

Illustrator Bartol Rendulic had also created additional pieces of tech related to Trask Industries, which you can view below.
