First clip from THE GIFTED introduces us to mutant siblings Lauren and Andy Strucker.

IGN debuted an exclusive clip from the premiere episode of Fox’s THE GIFTED. It features Lauren Strucker (Natalie Alyn Lind) teaching her brother Andy (Percy Hines White) how to use his powers on a food vending machine. They “seem” to share similar power sets, though Andy’s emotional rage takes things to another level.

Said vending machine was the center of attraction at a promotional event at The Grove in Los Angeles, California on Sunday. Stars Lind, Amy Acker and Coby Bell greeted fans and “tested their powers” against the snack holder which included Takis, Snickers and other healthy treats. “The Gifted” premieres October 2 on Fox at 9pm/8c.
